I taught all about oils and herbs and how to make many rad things! :) We made lavender salve, bath truffles with Eucalyptus-( mmm.... Yum can't wait to take a bath!) We also had Quinoa salad with Wasa and crackers- talk about a fantastic afternoon!!!

I present LAVENDER LIMEADE.....

In a saucepan, blend 2 cups water, sugar, lavender and lime zest.
Bring to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove saucepan from heat and let syrup stand for 10 min.

In large pitcher, stir syrup, lime juice and the remaining 4 cups water.
Serve over ice, with lime slices if you like!
