I will share 10 things you CAN start doing right now and the knowledge behind WHY you want to start doing these things. The are easy and doable changes for anyone!! There will be some blending/grinding demonstrations. You will leave loaded with tons of tips and I will email you some handouts and recipes to help with your change!
